Making Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Measurable with the Annual Report
The DEI Report sets out what we aim to achieve in terms of diversity, sustainability and inclusion. We focus on the following areas:
- Publishing programme
- Recruitment process
- Accessibility
- Equal treatment in the workplace
Our DEI goals for 2025:
- Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion through active programme development in relevant subject areas
- Promoting inclusion by improving accessibility in line with – and beyond – the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG)
- Supporting freedom of expression and diversity of opinion
- Raising awareness of our team’s own perspectives and biases
Why this report matters
Yes, our first DEI Report shows what we’ve already accomplished. But more importantly, it highlights where we still need to improve!
