To this end, we focus on the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Publishing programme<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment process<\/li>\n<li>Accessibility<\/li>\n<li>Equal treatment in everyday working life<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Our Objectives in the Field of DEI<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion through active programme development in relevant subject areas;<\/li>\n<li>Promoting inclusion by increasing accessibility in accordance with the Accessibility Strengthening Act and beyond;<\/li>\n<li>Supporting freedom of expression and diversity;<\/li>\n<li>Raising awareness within our team of our own attitudes and perspectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Why This Report Matters<\/h3>\n<p>On the one hand, our DEI report shows what we have already achieved.
