We focus on the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Publishing programme<\/li>\n<li>Recruitment process<\/li>\n<li>Accessibility<\/li>\n<li>Equal treatment in the workplace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Our DEI goals for 2025:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion through active programme development in relevant subject areas<\/li>\n<li>Promoting inclusion by improving accessibility in line with \u2013 and beyond \u2013 the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG)<\/li>\n<li>Supporting freedom of expression and diversity of opinion<\/li>\n<li>Raising awareness of our team\u2019s own perspectives and biases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Why this report matters<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Yes, our first DEI Report shows what we\u2019ve already accomplished.
