DESCRIPTION:The European Conference on Politics and Gender (ECPG) will take place from 15–17 June 2026 at Newcastle University. Organised by the Standing Group on Gender and Politics of the European Consortium for Political Research\, the biennial conference brings together scholars from around the world to discuss current research on gender\, sexuality\, intersectionality\, and politics. \nThe programme will include panels\, roundtables\, and networking opportunities covering topics such as feminist politics\, anti-gender movements\, democracy\, LGBTQI+ rights\, and intersectional approaches to political research. ECPG is recognised as one of Europe’s leading conferences in the field of politics and gender studies and welcomes participants at all career stages.
